Welcome to YourResumeHelper. Please read these terms carefully before submitting job-opportunity information, a resume, or a payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
YourResumeHelper is owned and operated by InfoTech Innovators LLC. In these Terms, “YourResumeHelper,” “the service,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InfoTech Innovators LLC and the YourResumeHelper service, as applicable. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YourResumeHelper, including JobCheck and Resume Optimizer. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The service is not intended for children under 18.
2. Description of Service
YourResumeHelper offers two separate, independently usable tools: • JobCheck provides a free preview and, for a $2 one-time payment, a Complete JobCheck Report. • Resume Optimizer provides a free analysis and, for a $5 one-time payment, an optimized resume. Neither purchase is a subscription, membership, bundle, credit system, or recurring service. No account is required.
3. JobCheck Risk Assessment
JobCheck is an informational risk-assessment tool. It analyzes user-supplied job postings, URLs, employer or recruiter information, messages, and related signals for implemented warning indicators. Results such as Lower Risk, Caution Advised, High Risk, or Very High Risk are assessments based on available information—not factual declarations that an opportunity is legitimate, fraudulent, genuine, fake, safe, or unsafe. JobCheck does not verify or certify jobs, authenticate employers or recruiters, conduct formal background investigations, guarantee safety, or replace independent verification. Legitimate opportunities may trigger indicators, while fraudulent or deceptive opportunities may avoid detection. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, spoofed, compromised, or connected to impersonation. The absence of concerns does not establish legitimacy or safety, and the presence of concerns does not establish fraud. You are responsible for independently confirming opportunities through official channels before providing sensitive or financial information, money, equipment payments, checks, identity documents, accepting employment, or taking other consequential action.
4. Resume Optimizer
Resume Optimizer uses automated processing, including artificial intelligence, to help improve wording, clarity, structure, keyword alignment, job-specific alignment, and ATS compatibility relative to a user-provided job description. It is designed not to invent experience, education, credentials, certifications, skills, or qualifications. Automated output may contain errors, omissions, interpretations, or unsuitable wording. You must review and correct the final resume for accuracy and truthfulness before using it. Resume Optimizer does not guarantee ATS passage, recruiter visibility, employer review, interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or any hiring outcome.
5. No Professional Advice
YourResumeHelper provides informational and automated tools. It does not provide legal, financial, employment-law, recruiting, career-placement, background-investigation, or identity-verification services or advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
6. Payments and Refunds
JobCheck's $2 one-time payment unlocks the Complete JobCheck Report for the analyzed opportunity. Resume Optimizer's $5 one-time payment unlocks the optimized resume for the analyzed job description and resume. Payments are processed by Stripe. YourResumeHelper does not store full payment-card numbers. Paid digital results are delivered or made available promptly after successful payment. Payments are generally non-refundable once the paid result has been delivered or unlocked, except where required by applicable law or where YourResumeHelper determines that a billing or technical error warrants a refund. Payment does not purchase verification, guaranteed results, employment, or continuing service.
7. User Content and Third-Party Content
You retain ownership of your original resume and other content you create. You represent that you have the right or lawful ability to submit all information you provide, including job postings, recruiter messages, contact details, and employer information. You grant YourResumeHelper a limited right to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and operate the service. YourResumeHelper does not claim ownership of third-party job postings, recruiter messages, or employer information. It does not control or endorse third parties and is not affiliated with an employer or recruiter merely because their information is analyzed. Third-party content may change after an analysis, and YourResumeHelper does not guarantee its accuracy or availability.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use your own JobCheck reports and optimized resumes for their intended personal purposes. You may not: • Use the service unlawfully or submit content you have no lawful right to provide • Scrape, bulk-extract, resell, repackage, embed, or present the service or its reports as another service without authorization • Bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions • Reverse engineer the service where restriction is legally permitted • Interfere with operation, overload the service, or conduct malicious or unauthorized testing • Misrepresent, abuse, exploit, or use the service to infringe another person's rights
9. Intellectual Property
YourResumeHelper and its licensors retain rights in the software, risk-assessment methodology, rules and processes, report and analysis presentation, site design, branding, and other service materials. Except for the limited personal use expressly allowed by these Terms, no right to copy, commercialize, resell, or create a competing service from those materials is granted. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original resume, personal information, or third-party content to YourResumeHelper.
10. Third-Party Services
The service relies on third parties for functions such as payment processing, automated content generation, hosting, and infrastructure. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. YourResumeHelper is not responsible for third-party conduct, content, availability, or changes outside its reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. YourResumeHelper does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that JobCheck will identify every risk or Resume Optimizer will produce any particular ATS, interview, employment, or compensation outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourResumeHelper and its owner, operators, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost income, data, business, or opportunities; employment decisions; third-party conduct; scams not detected; legitimate opportunities flagged; reliance on JobCheck assessments or Resume Optimizer output; service interruption; or third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from or relating to a claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid YourResumeHelper for the specific service giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourResumeHelper and its owner and operators from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, content you submit without lawful authority, violation of third-party rights, material violation of these Terms, or unauthorized scraping, resale, or repackaging. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from YourResumeHelper's own unlawful conduct.
14. Availability, Suspension, and Changes
YourResumeHelper does not guarantee continuous availability. It may block malicious traffic, suspend access for abuse or Terms violations, modify or discontinue features, and change pricing prospectively. Pricing changes will not retroactively change a completed transaction. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. No specific jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration provision, or class-action waiver is designated in these Terms.
